2. Payment Terms
- Full payment of $399 is required to commence any website development project.
- A monthly recurring fee of $75 will be charged for hosting services.
- All payments are due upon invoicing.
3. Development Timeline
- The website development process is scheduled to be completed within 3 days following the start of the project, contingent upon timely receipt of all required client information.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content and information needed for website development.
- Clients must approve final website designs and functionalities before going live.
5. Intellectual Property
- All web designs, graphics, and content created by us during the development process are the intellectual property of Growth Archive.
- Websites are hosted on our proprietary hosting solutions.

6. Hosting and Maintenance
- We provide hosting services for a monthly fee, which includes website maintenance and technical support.
- We ensure that hosting services are reliable; however, we are not responsible for interruptions caused by unforeseen technical problems.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Clients may cancel their website development services within 24 hours of payment without penalty.
- No refunds are provided once development has commenced or if cancellation occurs after the 24-hour window.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Growth Archive will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
9. Amendments
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
